Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged for the amount of your order when your order has shipped. When your order is placed we will obtain authorization from your credit card issuer. We do not accept checks or money orders for online purchases. Please confirm all order information prior to completing your order.
International
Orders are accepted from the United States and Canada. We do not accept other international orders at this time.

Canceling Your Order
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been shipped. Our Customer Service Department can inform you of the status of your order and advise whether the order may be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay all shipping charges.
To cancel your order please send an e-mail to: customerservice@trioninc.com or call 800-884-0002 (8:00am - 4:30 CST, Mon. - Fri.). Please include your Yahoo Order Reference number, complete address and phone number in the message.
Shipping Information
All valid orders are usually shipped within the longest availability item on the order. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order based on the shipping method you select when you place your order. When the air option is selected orders will be shipped FED EX. When the ground option is selected orders will be shipped via the UPS.
